Our goal is to significantly contribute to the growth and development of aviation in marginalized and undeserved communities, gaining widespread acknowledgement in the aviation industry.

We aim to significantly increase minority representation in the aviation industry, especially among pilots, where current representations in about 4%. Our focus is on attracting more people of color and women into the industry, starting from the elementary school level and working up through communities, with the goal of creating a more diverse and inclusive aviation workforce over the next five to ten years.
